Criminal cases

the law firm participates in acts during preparatory proceedings and legal proceedings
the law firm prepares appeals, last resort appeals and may represent the Client in the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg
the law firm conducts nationwide cases e.g. it actively participated in PZU case, where a judge and a renowned rosecutor were defendants. Currently, among the cases conducted there are three big cases with policemen as defendants.
the law firm pursues also the rights of persons injured as a result of offence e.g. by preparing private indictments and instigating adhesion proceedings
